This altar disc made of Paulownia wood is designed to display the Viking Vegvisir symbol. Vegvisir, the Viking compass, is a symbol known from Icelandic tradition, which is intended to help find the right path and protect its bearer from getting lost in life's challenges. The symbol represents navigation, spiritual strength and protection.
The size of the disc is approximately 8.5 x 4 cm, thickness approximately 1.5 cm and weight approximately 11 g. Made from lightweight but durable Paulownia wood in Valencia. Each piece is unique, but resembles the models shown in the photos. This compact altar disc is perfect for spiritual work with the symbol and for displaying it on smaller altars.
