100% pure and natural essential oil obtained by distillation (evaporation of water) from the whole Cymbopogon martinii plant. Palmarosa is native to India or Nepal and is a tall grass with long narrow leaves. When the leaves are rubbed, they release a scent that resembles a rose. Because of this, this plant has long been used as a substitute or diluent for rose essential oil, as rose essential oil is much more expensive.
