100% pure and natural essential oil obtained by steam distillation of the stems and flowers of Pelargonium asperum. Geranium is a low shrub with a height of 60 cm. Its long green leaves reveal small white or purple flowers with five petals, two of which are more strongly striped. The essential oil obtained from the leaves, whose scent is restrained, soft and sweet, resembles the scent of a rose. Originally from Africa, Geranium rosati (also called Geranium fragrant or Geranium Egypt) is cultivated all over the world, but its location strongly determines its quality and composition. China has become the leading producer and exporter of Geranium Rosati, but offers inferior quality.
