Italian Helichrysum essential oil (also known as Immortelle) is one of Aromatherapy's signature products. Rare and precious, it is exceptionally powerful and has a powerful and intoxicating scent. Does it make Immortelle immortal? Unfortunately, everyone knows the answer... but the radiant beauty of this enduring yellow Helichrysum flower has earned it the name "immortality" and the Greek words "helios" (sun) and "chrysis" (gold). As a symbol of love, it was once used to make Apollo's wreaths and also as wreaths for young brides. It has long been used on battlefields and is now found in many aromatherapy treatments.
