Copper mugs have been used in India for over 2000 years. According to Ayurveda, drinking from a copper mug helps balance the body's three energies, or doshas (Vata, Kapha, and Pitta), which affect our well-being.

This copper mug has a capacity of 250 ml and is made of 99.9% pure copper. Its exterior is polished and lacquered, and the interior is polished.

Instructions:

• Only suitable for cold or room temperature water.
• Not suitable for hot liquids, milk, citrus fruits or acidic drinks.

Cleaning and care:

• Wash by hand with natural detergent, a soft sponge and room temperature water.
• To maintain the shine, you can use lemon slices or copper polish a few times a year.
• Do not wash in the dishwasher.
• Do not use in a microwave oven.
• Avoid direct sunlight.
