Meditation Cards: Shuffle the Deck for Serenity
A box of more than 60 cards, each containing a meditation prompt. Seven various traditions are represented by the prompts, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Contemporary. Good for the exploratory (or indecisive!) meditator, or someone seeking some but not too much structure. Each card contains a basic explanation about how to do the specific meditation, and a calming swirl of color that you can focus on if you like.
Only products shown in the Hämeenlinna warehouse can be ordered in the online store for delivery by Posti or Matkahuolto. Products in other stores can be purchased in the online store and selected for pickup from that store.
Delivery time
Our mailing days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We do pack on other days and you may be pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery. We will try to let you know if there is a problem with your order.
